How we determine Helping Hands Aid for your loved one?
During the initial conversation and the in-home visit, the Client Care Coordinator will document the services required and the client's preferences for a Helping Hands Home Healthcare match.
Then, the Client Care Coordinator selects the best caregiver fit for the client and will arrange an introduction between the client, and helping aid, and Coordinator to introduce each member of this new team. During that meeting, all of the involved parties review the Plan of Care to ensure that everyone agrees and understands what services are to be provided.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 Am- 4:30 Pm.
Hiring/ Competency requirements of direct care workers are required to have?
A valid nurse's license, a nurse aid certification, or a competency examination or training program that is developed by an agency or registry for a direct care worker.
The direct care workers will also have a criminal background check done, and a active 2 step tuberculosis test done within the year and random urine drug test.
Helping Hands Home Health offers a broad range of services for seniors, from personal care to in-home companionship. As with all our services, we seek to maintain a high level of personal dignity and respect for the client at all times.
